South African teacher Lulu Menziwa has officially announced that she is off the market!
The KwaZulu-Natal-based educator, who is expecting her first child, excitedly shared the news of her engagement on social media after her partner’s romantic proposal.
In a heartfelt post, Menziwa wrote, “A Big Yes ❤️. I love you so much @thaboxaba. Happy birthday to me,” celebrating both her engagement and birthday in style.
During a recent Instagram LIVE session, Menziwa confirmed her pregnancy and addressed the negativity surrounding her relationship.
“People feel like I shouldn’t be with my man. They lie and say I am a homewrecker, which is ridiculous. So, I don’t want to expose my pregnancy to the negativity,” she stated.
Discussing her partner, Thabo Xaba, Menziwa expressed her love and shared the story of their relationship.
“I started dating Thabo in March. He was my friend, always crying about his wife. She’s the one who left him,” she revealed.
Menziwa also mentioned that she has made renovations to the home they share, clarifying,
“It’s not like I want that house. If they divorce, we can buy our own house.”
